This page lists the providers that process personal data on behalf of Ulixes Consulting to provide Lisso, as referred to in our data processing agreement.
1. Current subprocessors
Hetzner Online GmbH
- Purpose: hosting of the servers and the database.
- Data: all data stored in Lisso, including account data, supplier contact persons and orders.
- Location: Germany (company); data centre in Germany.
Ploi (Ploi B.V.)
- Purpose: server management and deployment.
- Data: Ploi has administrative access to the server and can therefore access the data stored on it.
- Location: the Netherlands.
Mailgun Technologies, Inc. (EU region)
- Purpose: sending the emails from Lisso: orders to suppliers, difference reports, invitations, contracts and confirmations.
- Data: the recipient's and sender's email addresses and names, and the content of the email (for an order: the products and quantities).
- Location: Mailgun's EU region (servers in the European Union).
2. Not a subprocessor
When a user looks up a VAT number, it is sent to the VIES service of the European Commission. The Commission is a separate recipient, not a subprocessor.
3. Changes to this list
When we add or replace a subprocessor, we update this page and its date. Customers who signed our data processing agreement are informed in advance and may object to the change.
